Through some simple steps, the issue can be resolved easily at home.
- Please switch off the box from main power supply and switch it on again.
- Switch to channel no. 100
- Leave the box on channel no. 100 for 5 minutes.
- Now switch to channel where you had noticed the error, it would be resolved automatically.
- Please ensure that you check the channels on the new channel no. mentioned in the table below.
If the issue persists, please check if there is a RESET
button on the back panel of the Set Top Box and
follow below steps(if the color of your box is white, you will find a small RESET button on the back panel)

- Please press the RESET button
- The box will automatically switch off and switch on itself in sometime. Issue will be resolved o
- nce the procedure is complete
